With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Creavin serves as a Senior GP Partner at a semi-rural practice, managing a diverse patient population and supporting fellow clinicians. His practice encompasses in-hours and out-of-hours care, including face-to-face consultations, remote assessments, home visits, and care home reviews. This breadth of experience equips Dr. Creavin with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and standards in primary care.

Dr. Creavin is also an NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer at the University of Bristol, contributing to cutting-edge research on dementia diagnosis in general practice. This academic grounding enhances his ability to provide thorough, logical, and well-reasoned medicolegal reports.
